When a potential client contact us to evaluate together the development of a new project, or simply desire a new supplier to be partnered with his current one, we activate a mechanism with established procedures improved over the years. In addition to an answer in short time, we also inform us with detailed questions about the project, from the technical point of view, the concrete feasibility till the evaluation the costs. We do this regardless of whether the customer appears to be very important or little known. Each customer has his own needs and our job is to satisfy him.

If technically the project is not feasible because the existing machines cannot allow it, we propose at least two similar alternatives.

If the project, as it is, is very expensive, we propose at least a very similar and cheaper alternative to the advantage of the client.

Taking the interests of our client is to do ours. This is our creed. We never act listlessly and we are always responsive.
