The paper is printed in reels since the press we adopt is rotating. These reels are then cut to size according to the needs of the customer. At the exit of the cutting machines we have an automatic reams counter.
Let us take a practical example: a Customer wants a certain type of neutral paper or printed with his logo and wants the sheets of a certain size packed in a certain amount. We can easily do it.
For many chain stores we realize sheets cut to size and packed up to 50, 100, 200, 500, 1000 pieces. Usually one or two reams of paper are intended for a shop.
You can also cut two reels simultaneously, and this gives the possibility to realize sheets with alternating colors.
The reams of sheets may be subject to a further cut with another machine, even in very small sizes.
