A Simple Way to Start

In the world of customized paper, you may need to start from an idea, test a market, or launch a new project without immediately committing to large quantities. That is why RedsPaper allows you to begin with small production runs, offering the same attention, quality, and expertise reserved for more structured supplies.
We support each client in choosing materials, printing, formats, and logistics solutions, with the goal of building a relationship designed to grow over time.
For us, the size of the first order does not define the importance of the project: even a few hundred sheets can be the first step towards a solid and lasting collaboration.
Customized Additives
To the ink with which we print the paper we may add pearlescent microspheres, perfumes, essences, we can encapsulate the essence in microspheres and then lay them out on paper, so rubbing it, the microspheres will be broken and the perfume will be felt. We can add abrasive or polishing. On paper there is so much you can do.
Customized Colors
We work with the basic colours which we blend with precision to get the exact colour requested by our customer. Then we make it opaque or shiny according to the request. The colour is then tested in a machine and correct in case of error. We note the receipt of each production, so that in the next ones there will not be any change of tone.
Accurate and timely deliveries
Once the product is made, it has to be sent to the customer in the time agreed. Now we have a network of selected carriers. This selection was based on experience. If a customer asks for a mandatory delivery we will guarantee it. If a customer asks for a meeting to discharge the products we will honor it. A carrier serving a vast territory can not always guarantee the quality of the service too.
For each area we know where to turn. We would never stop the production of our customers with an inefficient product. If a customer has an urgent need for something which was not programmed, we make it our own problem and solve it.
Customized finishes
If a customer decides to have his paper with his name, his logo and his image, it means he would like his product unique, one of his hallmark. Therefore we apply customized finishes going beyond paper or color.
Sometimes it can be the paper shape, sometimes the packaging, sometimes just a hole in the paper made precisely where the customer desired. It is like going to a dealer and ask for a car model with finishes we like regardless the offered standard packages. This is a service opposed to mass customization.
Customized sizes
We produce sheets or reels exactly the format required by the client. The customization does not stop to the type of paper or printing. We adapt the production to the needs. The after sales gift pack or the paper used to package a product have specific size needs. We do not produce unnecessary waste of paper; instead, we foster an easy and responsible use of it.
Emergency Management
It may happen that a customer may have an immediate and unforeseen need. We can easily change our productive plans and insert the unexpected work. We have monthly schedules and fortunately not all clients are in a hurry. Someone has planned a slightly delayed delivery and in this way, we have room for immediate productive insertions. Just enough time to release the right machines and start to solve the emergency.
Utmost attention and care
When a potential client contact us to evaluate together the development of a new project, or simply desire a new supplier to be partnered with his current one, we activate a mechanism with established procedures improved over the years. In addition to an answer in short time, we also inform us with detailed questions about the project, from the technical point of view, the concrete feasibility till the evaluation the costs. We do this regardless of whether the customer appears to be very important or little known. Each customer has his own needs and our job is to satisfy him.
If technically the project is not feasible because the existing machines cannot allow it, we propose at least two similar alternatives.
If the project, as it is, is very expensive, we propose at least a very similar and cheaper alternative to the advantage of the client.
Taking the interests of our client is to do ours. This is our creed. We never act listlessly and we are always responsive.
Experienced and generous staff
For half a century we have been printing customized paper of every type. Our machines are very efficient. Someone may be dated but we never buy expensive equipments just to get the latest model and then transfer the cost to the product. In this way our prices are very competitive and the quality of the product is guaranteed by appropriate machines, which we often modify or even design and built. Quality is of utmost importance for us; not speed, that often creates inaccuracies or carelessness. Our employees are trained and used to solve every problem of quality and have no advantage in making inappropriate or inaccurate products. For us quality is culture. We serve every customer exactly the product he required.
If in a working process we realize that something is wrong, we do not go forward but stop the machines and think on how to solve the problem. Time is not money for us; time is a necessary mean to understand and solve. If we put half a day or a whole day to make a product nothing changes for us, as long as the product coming out from our machines or our hands is simply perfect.
We apply the utmost care in the packaging of our products in order that they will not be damaged in transport, loading, unloading and handling at the customers’ warehouses.
We are artisans, not an industry for quantities. Our productive capacity is wide and at peaks we work generously without lowering the level.
Centered prints
Do you want your image never to be cut? No problem ! We have a set of cylinders allowing us to be sure your logo on the paper will be never cut. A signature is not good if cut in half, especially if it is famous. The result is very similar to every single sheet manually signed. Our prepress technical staff knows what to do !
