The Packaging
Protecting the Work Already Done
Production does not end when the paper leaves the machine.
Perfectly printed, accurately cut and carefully converted paper can lose much of its value if it is not properly protected during handling and transportation.
For this reason, we consider packaging an integral part of the manufacturing process.
Every detail is designed to ensure that the product reaches the customer in the same condition in which it left our facility.
Strong and Perfectly Squared Packages
For sheeted paper products, we prepare robust, compact and perfectly squared packages.
The paper is stacked, inspected and packed in a way that preserves dimensional stability, protects edges and facilitates handling operations.
A well-designed package does more than protect the contents.
It simplifies warehouse operations, improves transportation efficiency and helps customers manage inventory more effectively.
Corrugated Cartons for Additional Protection
When required, we use American-style corrugated cartons.
This solution provides enhanced protection against impacts, compression and repeated handling throughout the logistics chain.
Each carton is sized according to the product and transportation requirements, helping preserve paper quality until it reaches its final destination.
Professional Palletization
All packages and cartons are prepared for safe and efficient handling.
Shipments can be palletized on:
- EUR/EPAL pallets;
- disposable pallets;
- customer-specific pallet systems.
Every configuration is designed to maximize stability, safety and logistical efficiency.
Transportation Protection
Once palletization is complete, every pallet is secured with transparent stretch film.
This system keeps the load compact and stable throughout handling, loading, transportation and unloading operations.
The protection extends beyond the product itself to the entire logistics unit.
The objective is to ensure that the shipment arrives intact regardless of distance travelled or the number of handling operations involved.
Clear Product Identification
Every package or carton is identified through dedicated labeling.
Labels can include:
- Paper sample reference;
- Product code;
- Product description;
- Quantity;
- Sheet size or roll dimensions;
- Barcode;
- Logistics information;
- Customer-specific requirements.
This system facilitates receiving, inspection, warehousing and distribution activities within the customer’s facilities.
Packaging Designed for the Supply Chain
Packaging is not simply a way to move a product.
It is a way to protect the value created throughout the previous production stages.
Paper selection, printing, cutting, converting and logistics are all part of the same process.
That is why we apply the same attention to packaging that we dedicate to manufacturing.
Every package, carton and pallet represents the final stage of our work and the first physical experience the customer has with the delivered product.
Attention to Every Detail
Quality is not measured only by looking at the paper.
It is also measured by the way it is delivered.
For this reason, we approach packaging with the same level of precision applied to printing and converting operations.
Because a well-manufactured product deserves to arrive in the same perfect condition in which it was produced.
