The Method

Pre-Print
From quotation to order confirmation: we analyze every requirement, recommend the most suitable paper and define format, quantity and packaging for a quotation precise down to the cent.

Printing
We use rotary flexographic printing with up to six colors. Thanks to flexo technology, we print on paper with high precision and strong color performance, including CMYK four-color process printing.

Rewinding
The printed rolls are cut to the exact size required by the customer, in customized formats and packed in reams of 50 to 1,000 sheets, without wasting material.

The Cutting
We produce rolls in standard widths of 50 and 70 cm, ideal for stores with self-service packaging. A practical system that helps optimize paper use and reduce waste.

The Packaging
We package the product in perfectly squared, very strong packs or American-style cardboard boxes, palletized on EUR/EPAL pallets. Each pack is labeled with a paper sample and the customer’s instructions.

The Shipment
We entrust goods to reliable, punctual carriers, chosen according to destination. We always inform the customer when the shipment has been dispatched and, when necessary, book the unloading appointment.
